Early Years specialist required for a stable, long term role in a supportive environment.

Role

• Support the Class Teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum.
• Lead small group activities focusing on Phonics (Read Write Inc. or similar), early literacy, and numeracy.
• Observe and contribute to student profiles and assessments.
• Provide a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment through indoor and outdoor play.
• Support pupils with diverse needs, ensuring every child thrives.

School

2 form entry primary school with a welcoming "family" feel and a commitment to staff wellbeing.

Requirements

• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience working within an EYFS or Nursery setting.
• Deep understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Patient, creative and energetic approach to learning.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for a new one).
• Legal right to work in the UK.
