Day Rate £90-£110

Are you ready to make a real difference? We're looking for resilient, adaptable and passionate Support Mentors / Teaching Assistants to support small classes of pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs across primary and secondary.

The Role

• Support pupils in small group settings
• Build strong, positive relationships
• Manage and de escalate challenging behaviour
• Encourage engagement in learning
• Support emotional regulation and wellbeing
• Work closely with teaching staff

No school experience? No problem - transferable skills considered, if you've worked in any of the roles above.

You must be eligible to work in the UK or hold a relevant work visa.

During the hiring process you will be required to provide reference checks, and either a current Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one.
