Teaching Personnel are working alongside a secondary school who are looking to recruit a learning support assistant to work across KS3 classes. This is a full-time position, set to start in September 2026.

About this role:

• Support the new Year 7 intake's transition into secondary education.
• Provide additional support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Ensure that all students are focused and participate in classroom sessions and discussions.
• Encourage students to achieve learning goals and motivate them to exceed targets.
• Listening and reading to students in small groups.
• Following student's Education Health and Care plan to ensure that the child's needs are met.
