Full time, 8:30am - 3:30pm, long term, supportive environment near West Drayton Station.

Key Responsibilities

• Targeted support for pupils with SEMH and ASD, managing dysregulation with professionalism and compassion.
• Behaviour management using de escalation and positive reinforcement.
• Collaborate with the class teacher and wider SEND team.
• Help create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment.

Requirements

• Experience supporting children with ASD, SEMH, or challenging behaviour.
• Confident, proactive approach to behaviour management.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• Strong communication skills and a team focused mindset.
• Team Teach training - highly desirable.
