Key Responsibilities

• Support students with emotional or behavioural difficulties and implement suitable strategies to promote their development.
• Collaborate with the class teacher to prepare materials and tailor lessons to meet individual student needs.
• Provide one-to-one or group support to students in the classroom and throughout the school day.
• Track and document student progress while offering feedback to the class teacher.
• Maintain the safety and well-being of students and promote their welfare.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with children or young people with ASD or additional needs
• Patient, empathetic, and resilient in supporting diverse needs
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant qualifications (e.g. Sports Coaching, PE, SEN Support) are desirable but not essential
