Teaching Assistant

Monarch Education is working with a school in Handsworth to recruit a qualified and experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant.

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher in delivering a high-quality early years curriculum. Your responsibilities will include assisting with planning and activities, observing and recording children's progress, supporting children's social and emotional development, and creating a safe and engaging learning environment. You will work closely with young children aged 3 5, helping them develop essential skills and ensuring they feel confident and supported in their early education.

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (essential)
• Proven experience working with children in early years settings (essential)
• Ability to support children's learning and developmental needs
• Good communication and teamwork skills
