Role: Teaching AssistantSalary: £22,996 - £25,068 per annum (plus £1,000 referral bonus)Location: KidderminsterHours: 40 hours per week

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Kidderminster. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic learning environment, supporting pupils academically, socially, and emotionally.

In this role, you will assist with classroom delivery, provide targeted support to students with Special Educational Needs, including SEMH and complex needs, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the school.

This position would suit a proactive team player with a positive mindset and a strong commitment to putting children at the centre of everything they do.

• GCSE Maths and English (Level 2/C or above) - essential

• Experience working within an educational setting

• Knowledge of safeguarding principles and child protection procedures

• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH, complex needs, and challenging behaviour

• A child-centred approach and commitment to inclusive practice

• Working towards a Level 2 Award in Support Work in Schools (or equivalent) - desirable

• Positive, creative approach to meeting individual pupil needs

• Full clean driving licence

• Patient, caring, and resilient

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Valid enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
