What you'll be doing as a Teaching Assistant in Chester
- Supporting class teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons across the curriculum.
- Encouraging pupils to stay engaged, build confidence and take an active part in classroom activities.
- Providing 1:1 or small-group support to reinforce learning, develop key skills and boost progress.

What we're looking for
We welcome applications from experienced Teaching Assistants and individuals new to education. You may have backgrounds in:
- Care, youth work or support work
- Coaching or mentoring
- Health and social care
- Customer-facing roles involving communication and relationship-building
We're looking for people who bring:
- Excellent communication and empathy
- A proactive, patient and positive approach
- The confidence to work independently and as part of a team
- A genuine passion for supporting children's development
- An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
