Role: SEN Teaching Assistant

Pay: £460 - £500 per week

In this role, you'll work closely with skilled teachers and inclusion staff to deliver tailored support to pupils with a variety of needs, such as autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health challenges. You'll help create a positive, nurturing classroom environment where every child feels supported and empowered to achieve their best.

Your day-to-day responsibilities as a SEN Teaching Assistant will include contributing to engaging learning activities, adapting resources where needed, and providing one-to-one or small-group support. Strong communication, patience, and empathy are essential, along with a genuine commitment to making a meaningful impact in children's lives in the education and training sector.
