Teaching Assistant

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience of providing learning or wellbeing support for children in a primary school setting.
• Has knowledge and understanding of child development and teaching strategies.
• Has the ability to relate well and work effectively with children and adults.
• Has the ability to work constructively as a part of a team.
• Has effective behaviour management skills.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has a high commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Has a passion for education and a deep-felt desire to make a difference for young people.
• Has a commitment to the Trust agenda for inclusion, diversity and equality.
