Teacher of Modern Languages

TEACHER OF MODERN LANGUAGES (3-18) - fixed term, part time (0.5 FTE) from August 2026 until June 2027

The role is to teach a combination of French, Italian and Spanish across all levels, including certificated classes. In S1 all three languages are taught in rotation, with students able to choose from S2 onwards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons that inspire pupils to reach their full potential.
• Applying diverse pedagogical approaches to support curriculum goals and encourage a love of language.
• Developing and maintaining classroom resources and materials for each language.
• Participating in continuous, life long professional learning opportunities to update skills and improve knowledge.
