- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree-level qualification
- Experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4
- Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum
- Excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies
- A commitment to high standards, safeguarding, and student wellbeing
