Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality Economics lessons to students at KS4 and KS5, preparing them for GCSE and A-level examinations.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching methods that contribute to a high-quality curriculum and enhance student learning experiences.
• Collaborate with an experienced and successful Economics department to share best practices and continuously improve teaching strategies.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of the curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of all students.
• Assess, monitor, and report on the progress and attainment of students.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Economics or related subjects.
• Proven experience in teaching Economics at secondary school level, including A-level.
• Strong understanding of the latest educational techniques and curriculum development in Economics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve excellent results.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
