Tea Mixology Team Leader - Inspire Service & Store Success

Bird & Blend Tea Co. in Bluewater is seeking a Team Leader to help run daily store operations and inspire the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead by example, handle opening/closing, stock management, health and safety, and coordinate tasks to meet targets while maintaining a welcoming and energetic shop floor. This fixed-term position is 32 hours per week, with opportunities to shine as the business grows.
