A well-established and growing advisory firm is looking to appoint a Tax Manager to join its expanding tax team. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional who enjoys variety and advisory work, with exposure to a broad client base including high-net-worth individuals, family businesses, SMEs, large corporates and partners in professional services firms.

• Diverse mix of work across corporate and personal taxation, including company reorganisations, share restructurings, inheritance tax planning, exit strategies, and share scheme implementations.
• Managing complex compliance matters and advising clients on proactive tax planning opportunities.
• Exposure to specialist areas such as embedded capital allowances claims, land remediation relief claims and EIS/SEIS applications.
• Owning client relationships, preparing technical advisory reports, liaising directly with HMRC on enquiries, reviewing work prepared by junior staff, and developing the team.
