• Manage a substantial portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients.
• Lead the preparation and review of compliance work, including CT, personal tax, and VAT.
• Provide advisory support on tax planning and corporate transactions.
• Supervise, mentor, and review work of junior team members.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and act as their main point of contact.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with technical, regulatory, and internal quality standards.
• Support the continued growth of the tax function through process improvement and client engagement.

The successful Tax Manager will have:

• ACA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience managing a portfolio of corporate and personal tax clients.
• Strong technical knowledge in corporate, personal, and indirect tax.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
• Commercial awareness and proactive approach to client service.
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines and prioritise workload effectively.
• A collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills.
