Your new role
As Tax Manager, you will play a key role in leading the firm's tax services, providing expert advice to a wide range of clients, including individuals, partnerships, and owner-managed businesses. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing personal and corporate tax compliance
• Delivering tax planning and advisory services
• Mentoring and supporting junior staff
• Liaising with HMRC and other external bodies
• Assisting partners with business development and client relationship management

This is a pivotal position, offering the opportunity to shape and grow the tax function.

What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you will ideally have:

• A professional qualification such as CTA, ACCA, or CA
• Proven experience in a tax-focused role within practice
• Strong technical knowledge of UK tax legislation
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving

Familiarity with cloud-based accounting and tax software is a plus.
