Tax Manager - Private Markets (In-House Advisory)

Cedar in London is seeking a Tax Manager to act as the in-house tax function for a portfolio of private markets clients, advising on US and international tax matters, reporting and operations. The role blends advisory work with hands-on tax process oversight and offer high visibility with senior stakeholders.

You will collaborate with experienced tax professionals, develop cross-border tax solutions, and help navigate FATCA, CRS, W-8 forms, and evolving tax reporting.
