Tax Director - Financial Services

We are retained and shortlisting for a Tax Director with a strong track record in Financial Services Tax across all sectors, and a background in a Big 4 firm or law firm tax department.

This is a newly created position due to sustained growth, and it will suit either an established Director or a Senior Manager ready to step up to Director level.

Deep Financial Services tax knowledge, backed by your CTA qualification. A Big 4 or law firm background, giving you the grounding to handle the complexities of FS tax work. Genuine leadership capability and the ambition to build your personal brand within a firm that will actively support that growth. The confidence to lead a tax division, hiring, growing and mentoring your team. A collaborative approach to client work, tailoring tax solutions to each client's specific needs. A forward looking mindset, keeping ahead of evolving and increasingly complex tax regulation and bringing fresh thinking to how the firm approaches it.
