Targeted Youth Worker: Flexible, Impactful Outreach

Cheshire East Council is seeking a Youth Worker to assist in the delivery of targeted youth work programs across Cheshire East. This role involves planning and delivering activities that promote personal, social, and educational development for vulnerable young people.

The successful candidate will oversee Youth Support Workers, ensure adherence to safeguarding policies, and act as an advocate for young people's needs in partnerships. A total of 34 days of annual leave and flexible working arrangements are included.
