Talent Sourcing Resourcer - Bristol (Uncapped Bonus)

Gap Personnel in Bristol is seeking a motivated Resourcer to join our team. Working hours are 08:00am-17:00pm, Monday to Friday, with a £27,000 base salary dependent on experience plus a bonus if targets are met.

The role involves building a strong candidate pipeline, sourcing and screening applicants, writing job adverts, interviewing, and supporting onboarding and compliance to ensure successful placements in the industrial temporary recruitment sector.
