Job Description:

The Role

Are you passionate about shaping the future of talent? At TJX Europe, we're on a mission to grow our business by growing our people. This 18 month fixed term role sits at the heart of that mission-supporting our Executive Development and Talent Planning strategy across Europe. You'll play a key role in identifying and developing current and future leaders, providing insights that influence how we nurture talent, and working closely with HR colleagues and senior leadership. What You'll Do

• Maintain and handle sensitive executive development data, including assessments, coaching, and 360 feedback.

• Coordinate leadership in assessments and development activities with external vendors and psychologists.

• Support the annual Talent Planning cycle, including tools, timelines, and presentation packs.

• Analyse talent and succession data using Workday and other reporting tools.

• Identify trends and opportunities through data insights to shape future talent strategies and initiatives

• Handle budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring GDPR compliance.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Global Talent, and internal coaches to deliver impactful development experiences.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in HR, talent data management, talent developmen t or related fields .

• Strong analytical skills with experience in HR data tools ( e.g. Excel , Workday, Power BI).

• High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information with integrity.

• A proactive attitude with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• A curious, commercial problem solver who can spot trends and translate data into action.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment is a plus.
