Bright Software Group builds software that powers payroll, accountancy, tax and practice management for tens of thousands of firms across Ireland and the UK. We're PE-backed, growing fast, and expanding our commercial team.

We're actively building our pipeline of exceptional commercial talent ahead of upcoming hires across:

• Sales - people who know how to open doors and close deals in the SME software space
• Account Management - relationship builders who understand the accountancy and payroll world and know how to grow and retain a customer base
• Presales - technically confident consultants who can demo complex software compellingly and translate product capability into customer value

What we're looking for

Experience in B2B SaaS - ideally in payroll, accountancy, or practice management software. You understand the world our customers operate in: compliance deadlines, bureau pressures, the cost of switching. You're commercially sharp, customer-focused, and ambitious.
