Talent Partner, AI-Driven Hiring & Onboarding (6m FTC)

Legl is seeking a Talent Partner for a 6-month FTC to lead end-to-end hiring, partnering with managers across engineering, product, sales, marketing, and customer success. You'll screen, interview, and guide candidates through offers while delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced AI-native company.

You'll drive PeopleOps tasks from onboarding to offboarding and maintain a data-driven view of the hiring process, influencing decisions with evidence and speed.
