This is a role where you'll have a real impact, supporting leaders, championing great candidate experiences, and helping us find the talent that will drive our next chapter.

Responsibilities
  • Partnering
    • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, workforce plans, and long term priorities.
    • Assist in developinf effective recruitment strategies that support our business goals and strengthen our talent pipelines.
  • Sourcing & Attraction
    • Proactively source and engage top talent using a mix of platforms, tools, and creative approaches.
    • Represent Solus as an employer of choice, ensuring our values and culture shine through.
  • End-to-End Recruitment
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle-from screening and shortlisting to interviews and hiring recommendations.
    • Support contract negotiation and seamlessly guide candidates through preboarding and onboarding.
  • Candidate Experience
    • Build trusted relationships with candidates, providing clear communication, feedback, and support at every stage.
  • Collaboration & Improvement
    • Work with internal stakeholders to refine processes, streamline ways of working, and introduce new ideas that improve efficiency and consistency.
    • Keep up to date with industry trends, market insights, and best practices to continually evolve our talent strategy.
Qualifications
  • Experience or training managing end to end recruitment in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong relationship building skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • A passion for delivering excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Curiosity, resilience, and a solutions focused mindset.
  • An eye for continuous improvement and a desire to make things better-for candidates, hiring managers, and the business.
  • Knowledge of IT or finance recruitment is desirable (but not essential), as these areas are key to supporting our evolving talent needs.
