Talent Manager

We're looking for a Talent Manager to join our growing team. You'll work directly with creators across sport, entertainment, and digital - managing their day-to-day, building their brand, and unlocking new opportunities.

What You'll Do

• 01 Manage a roster of talent across multiple verticals
• 02 Develop and execute long-term career strategies for each talent
• 03 Negotiate and close brand partnership deals
• 04 Coordinate content calendars, appearances, and media opportunities
• 05 Act as the primary point of contact between talent and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 01 2+ years in talent management, entertainment, or a related field
• 02 Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• 03 Commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset
• 04 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-timezone environment
• 05 Genuine passion for talent, culture, and digital media
