Job Description
Oliver Wyman is seeking a Talent Management Coordinator to support staffing for specialists across Europe. You will engage with specialists to understand their strengths, development objectives, and career goals, coordinating with Partners and TM leads to balance project needs with individual preferences.
You will also onboard new hires, monitor project staffing, and collaborate with the regional Talent Management team to drive staff development and performance processes.
