Job Description
Scarlet, a UK-based medical tech certification and AI-enabled platform, is seeking its first Talent Engineer to orchestrate agents that find, qualify and engage candidates across technical, clinical, regulatory and commercial roles using Codex, Claude and other tools.
You'll own the messaging quality, decide how to engage with candidates, and measure outcomes to continuously improve hiring results for scale and safety in medical technology.
