Overview

Our client is a global trading organisation seeking a Talent Development Specialist who has experience creating and implementing programs for skill development, career advancement, and leadership growth. The role requires a combination of strategic and operational thinking to support employees and the organisation's growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement career development frameworks
• Define Leadership and Line Management Frameworks
• Develop a clear Path to Promotion/Partnership
• Provide Line Manager training
• Oversee the appraisal review process
• Implement Succession Planning
• Design and roll out development programs for skill development, career advancement, and leadership growth
• Establish and manage talent development programs to support career paths and organisational objectives
• Collaborate with HR partners, business leaders, and other departments to align talent strategy with organisational needs
• Evaluate program effectiveness using workforce data and feedback, and implement improvements

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience creating and implementing Talent Development strategies, ideally within asset management or similar financial services organisations
• Commercially minded and analytically capable
• Ability to design and implement learning frameworks and manage learning platforms
• Experience with career progression, leadership development, and succession planning
