Talent Attraction Lead - Shape Employer Brand & Talent Pipelines

The AA is seeking a Talent Attraction Specialist to shape how we attract, engage and convert talent across the organization. You will lead the development and delivery of attraction activity to strengthen our employer brand, improve channel performance and build sustainable pipelines that align with workforce plans.

Working with Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing and business leaders, you'll translate insights into clear strategies and campaigns, initially overseeing external partners to ensure
