As the Talent Attraction and HR Marketing Team Leader, you will manage two Marketing & Support Officers and a rotating group of interns, ensuring high-quality output and operational efficiency. In close collaboration with the Head of Recruitment, you will coordinate daily activities and implement strategic initiatives that strengthen MSF OCB's global recruitment efforts. You will drive a unified, impactful approach to talent marketing-expanding reach, ensuring consistency, and supporting sustainable humanitarian action. Grounded in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI/DARA) and safe recruitment practices, your work will help build inclusive, representative teams that reflect the communities we serve.
