Talent Associate
Posted 1 day 7 hours ago by Teya
Hello! We're Teya.
Teya is a payment and software service provider, headquartered in London serving small, local businesses across Europe. Founded in 2019, we build easy to use, integrated tools that enable our members to accept payments and boost business performance.
At Teya we believe small, local businesses are the lifeblood of our communities.
We're here because we don't believe there's a level playing field that gives small businesses with a fighting chance against the giants of the high street.
We're here because we see banks and legacy service providers making things harder for them. We don't think the best technology or the best service should be reserved for those with the biggest headquarters.
We're here to fight for a future where small, local businesses can thrive, and to commit the same dedication they offer all of us.
Become a part of our story.
We're looking for exceptional talent to join our mission. We offer a chance to create impact in a high-energy and connected culture, while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities, a supportive community which is proud to serve our mission, and comprehensive benefits.
Your Team
We're looking for a Talent Associate to join our Talent Acquisition team, a group dedicated to scaling critical departments across Teya. We partner closely with hiring managers, owning end-to-end recruitment processes while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. As part of the team, you'll also support initiatives like employer branding, pipeline management, and projects that keep us at the top of our game.
Your Mission
You will be the organisational backbone of the recruitment process, ensuring every candidate interaction is seamless and every detail is accounted for. Whether you are coordinating interviews, supporting hiring managers with our self-service hiring model, managing our ATS, or contributing to broader recruitment projects, your role will be pivotal in helping us bring the best talent into Teya.
You care deeply about the candidate journey. You will schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, creating a smooth and professional experience for candidates across up to 15 pipelines at a time.
You will be a reliable point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and support throughout their journey, while engaging with recruiters and hiring managers when needed.
With a keen eye for detail, you will proactively identify and resolve scheduling or process-related challenges to keep everything moving efficiently and ensure the experience reflects Teya's culture and values.
You will keep our ATS (Ashby) up to date and accurate, enabling the team to track progress effortlessly. You will also help draft and post engaging job adverts across platforms like LinkedIn and our careers page.
For some of our critical or always-on roles, you will work with recruiters to identify where sourcing support is needed. You will research and map target companies to build strong networks of active and passive talent across key locations.
You will support, and in some cases drive, team-wide initiatives such as hiring events, employer branding improvements, and collaborative projects across diversity recruitment, process optimisation, and data reporting.
Your Story
You bring 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent advisory, or a similar role. Familiarity with ATS tools such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever is essential.
You are organised and detail-oriented. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities at once and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will achieve this by working closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
You do not shy away from communicating bottlenecks or constraints in the process. You know how to keep everyone informed, whether it is candidates, hiring managers, or team members.
You may not have worked as a sourcer before, but you understand the fundamentals and recognise the importance of building strong active and passive pipelines.
You are looking to take the next step in your career and are excited to take ownership of some roles from start to finish, learning from those around you along the way.
At Teya, no two days are the same. You are comfortable with ambiguity and understand that some processes may need to be created or defined. This challenge motivates you.
The Perks
