Talent & People Coordinator

iRock School of Music is seeking a Recruitment & People Coordinator in Farnborough to manage recruitment adverts, screen applicants, coordinate interviews and help new starters settle in. The role also covers onboarding, HR admin and improving the employee experience within a busy school-based setting.

You'll join a friendly People team, developing across recruitment, HR and employee experience while keeping the office welcoming and organised.
