Talent Acquisition Resourcer

Ingeus is seeking an urgent recruiter-resourcer to join our recruitment team. The role focuses on pre-screening applications from ongoing campaigns and developing talent pools, with response management and engagement throughout the recruitment process to meet monthly targets.

Candidates will qualify suitability against required standards, collaborate with recruiters to prioritise by site or cohort, and ensure a positive candidate experience from screening to updates and interview scheduling.
