Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Field Engineering & GTM

Databricks is seeking a Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team, supporting Field Engineering and GTM hiring. This sourcing-led role will spend the majority of time in the market-mapping talent, outbound outreach, and building relationships with passive candidates long before a role is open.

You will own full-cycle hiring for early career and individual contributor roles, and partner with senior recruiters on broader searches.
