We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our talent acquisition team, together we can build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure, and intuitive for our users. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.   • Participate in all phases of the Talent Acquisition process: gather position requirements from hiring managers and TA Partners, promote open positions via job portals, conduct screening, recruitment, assessment, candidate relationship management, and onboarding process.
  • Source, target and build pipelines of candidates' databases.
  • Professional partnering with the TA Partners, hiring managers and team leaders on hiring needs.
  • Support new project(s), and/or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross functional and regional teams.
  • Support HRBP in any other general HR-related work and/or projects.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing Bachelor's/Master's degree at a UK university, graduating on or after 2026, eligible to work in the UK, available to attend the internship for a minimum of 12 weeks on a full time or part time basis.
  • Recruitment or HR related internship experience is preferred.
  • Language skills are required (German and French) in order to communicate with our German & French stakeholders across these markets.
  • Demonstrate interest in human resource field. Keen to connect with people.
  • A proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and a passion for turning insights into action.
  • Very organized, detail oriented, self driven, and a collaborative team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Majoring in HR, Business, Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Exceptional communication skills, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast paced, cross functional environment.
