Talent Acquisition Partner - Paris

YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for staffing our warehouses in France, with a main focus on Paris (where Voi will launch in October). In this role, you will partner with hiring managers, supporting them in their recruitment efforts, advising them on all aspects related to talent acquisition, and coaching them on Voi's best practices. The role will be based in Paris.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team and the wider People & Culture function to develop and strengthen our talent acquisition practices across the organization. This will include:

• Collaborating with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and communicate trends
• Owning and managing the recruitment process from start to finish
• Sourcing candidates directly and proactively building diverse candidate pipelines
• Managing communication with candidates and ensuring an excellent candidate experience at all times
• Contributing to a strong company culture by setting an example as a member of the People & Culture team

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO EMBARK

We are looking for an ambitious and solution-oriented Talent Acquisition professional who is resilient and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. Fluency in both English and French is required (French is necessary to interact with candidates and managers). The ideal candidate will have:

• Several years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within warehouse or blue-collar roles
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with various search and sourcing techniques, and the ability to find talents outside of obvious channels
• Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and systems such as LinkedIn and Teamtailor
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
