Job Description
Job Description In this Role, you'll get to 
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, from intake briefing to offer negotiation.
- Ensure timely and high-quality candidate pipelines across all assigned functions.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and hiring managers, influencing decisions with data and market insights.
- Drive improvements in recruitment efficiency, candidate experience, and employer branding.
- Leverage recruitment metrics to track progress, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights.
- Support workforce planning and talent mapping to anticipate future hiring needs.
- Ensure recruitment processes are followed consistently and in line with compliance requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience handling end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance hands-on delivery with team coordination.
- Comfortable with data, reporting, and using insights to drive recruitment strategies.
