TMS Global specialise in the outsourcing of retail display, print and packaging for a variety of global customers and are active in 97 markets globally and we are made up of just over 300 people who are spread internationally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA and NA.We have a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on a permanent basis with Hybrid working based out of our Manchester office. About the role As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process for permanent and fixed term positions on a global scale. Working closely with the TA Lead and Hiring Managers, you will ensure that every candidate receives an exceptional experience while delivering a World-Class resourcing service to our business. You will be a brand ambassador for TMS and ensure that we recruit the best talent for our future. Some of your Key responsibilities: Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Lead and Hiring Managers to understand current and future hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies to deliver against requirements. Advertise vacancies on job boards while leveraging a range of sourcing channels and methods (e.g., Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter) to develop a proactive and steady pipeline of qualified and diverse talent. Review applications and conduct pre-screening phone and video interviews to assess candidates for required skill set and competencies. Deliver high quality candidate shortlists within agreed timeframes. Arrange interviews and manage day-to-day administrative tasks including providing feedback to candidates in a timely manner. Manage candidate pipelines using Workday, ensuring data accuracy and smooth processes. Build relationships with potential candidates through networking, employee referrals, and passive recruiting techniquesincluding the use ofsocial media. About you This role would be a great fit for you if you thrive in a fast paced and complex global hiring environment. You'll need to be great at collaborating, have a high level of attention to detail and organisational skills whilst also being adaptable to react quickly to an evolving scope. To be successful in this role, you will have experience in the following areas: A proven history of performing in a similar role in an international recruitment environment. Previous experience of recruitment sourcing (talent pools, talent mapping, pipeline generation) for global cross-functional teams. Technical Skills: Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and other sourcing platforms. Advanced skills in proactive outreach, candidate searching and telephone/video screening.
