At System C, we are on a mission to connect and transform health and care outcomes through innovative technology. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Associate to play a key role in delivering a seamless, high-quality recruitment experience.
About the roleThis is a highly collaborative, fast-paced position at the heart of our Talent Acquisition function. You will support the full hiring lifecycle, ensuring recruitment activity is delivered efficiently, accurately and with a strong focus on candidate experience.
Working closely with hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition team and HR Operations, you will help translate hiring plans into effective workflows, ensuring roles are set up correctly, interviews are coordinated smoothly and data is maintained to a high standard.

What you will be doing- Coordinating recruitment activity across the end-to-end hiring process
- Managing job requisitions and ensuring they are approved and maintained accurately
- Scheduling interviews and assessments, supporting candidates and interview panels
- Maintaining accurate recruitment data across systems such as ATS and Workday
- Managing candidate communications and responding to queries professionally
- Supporting reporting, pipeline tracking and recruitment insights
- Ensuring recruitment processes remain compliant and consistently delivered
- Supporting onboarding handovers and pre-boarding activities
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and candidate experience
- Experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration or people operations
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and confidence managing data
- Experience using HR systems or applicant tracking systems
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- A proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes
- Comfort working in a fast-changing environment
