Overview

C&C Search is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Manager role based in London. This highly visible position sits at the heart of the firm's growth, reporting to senior leadership and leading internal recruitment across consultants, researchers, partners, and business services professionals. In addition to talent acquisition, you will contribute to core HR activities that foster engagement, development, and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Partner with senior leaders to align workforce planning with business objectives.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: role scoping, job design, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging executive search methodologies, headhunting, and market mapping.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of high-calibre candidates for immediate and future business needs.
  • Provide insight through salary benchmarking, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
  • Champion an outstanding candidate experience, underpinned by discretion, transparency, and professionalism.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives, positioning Tenex as an employer of choice within executive search and professional services.
  • Ensure all hiring practices reflect DEI best practice and adhere to employment law and compliance standards.
  • People & HR Support: Oversee onboarding, ensure a seamless transition for new joiners.
  • Support offboarding processes, including exit interviews and knowledge transfer.
  • Manage HR administration such as contracts, employee records, and compliance documentation.
  • Contribute to employee engagement, wellbeing, and recognition initiatives.
  • Provide first-line HR guidance on policies, processes, and people matters.
  • Collaborate with leadership and HR colleagues on projects including performance management, learning & development, and organisational effectiveness.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition within executive search, recruitment, or professional services.
  • Experience hiring senior and specialist roles, with the ability to engage credibly with executive-level candidates.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and pipeline management.
  • Hands-on experience of HR processes, particularly onboarding, contracts, and lifecycle management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to influence senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HRIS platforms.
  • Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a high-performance environment.
