Talent Acquisition & Resourcing Partner

Aztec Group is seeking a recruitment support specialist to help deliver end-to-end vacancies across the Group, from briefing to offers, in partnership with the Resourcing Manager. You will load roles into the recruitment system, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and liaise with our inhouse operations team.

You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, source talent on LinkedIn, manage external agencies, and ensure recruitment policies and compliance across jurisdictions.
