Talent Acquisition & Internal Mobility Partner

AVK is expanding its People Team and seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end hiring for UK and Europe. You will shape how we attract, assess and hire great people while partnering with People Partners, L&D and the SLT to ensure internal talent has clear growth pathways.

You'll balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery, building talent pipelines, designing processes and workforce planning to drive proactive, data-informed hiring as AVK scales across new markets.
