Talent Acquisition Advisor: Early Careers & Contingent Talent

HCC Service Co. UK Branch is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to drive Early Careers hiring across Bridgend and Leicester. You will own end-to-end recruitment delivery, design fair assessment processes, and build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and external partners to attract top talent.

You will manage contingent workforce governance, ensure data accuracy in the ATS, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment practices to support rapid growth.
