Salary: Up to £29,750 (DOE) + Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses

Hours: Full-Time, 45 hours/week over 5 days

About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you'll be working closely with your General Manager to ensure smooth day to day operations while making sure your team delivers excellent food and service with a smile.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Helping to lead daily operations across the site
• Ordering stock, managing quality control, and supporting forecasting
• Developing, coaching and inspiring your team
• Upholding high food quality and customer service standards
• Taking the lead in shifts and stepping up when the General Manager is off site

About You

You've already got experience in hospitality or catering and have stepped into a supervisor or leadership role. Now you're ready to go further.

You'll thrive in this role if:

• You have at least 1 years' experience in a hospitality or food service industry
• You've lead a team before
• You're passionate about delivering top quality food and service
• You love working with people and building positive team cultures
• You're eager to learn, grow, and develop your skills in a structured environment
• You take pride in what you do and want to influence the way a site is run
