Leading capital oversight for new entrants to the Lloyd's market, you will also manage the relationship with the PRA, in particular driving regular oversight meetings.

In addition, you will build and lead strong relationships with Senior Managers in other internal teams to ensure consistent and collaborative approaches.

With a strong awareness of what makes a successful and transparent culture of risk management, the successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills coupled with a thirst for innovation.

This is a key strategy-focussed role so whilst some technical capital modelling experience would be helpful, it is not an essential requirement.
