MCS Group are proud to be partnering with a leading Further and Higher Education provider in their search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced in house recruiter to develop creative attraction strategies and deliver end to end recruitment.

The Role

• Lead end to end recruitment campaigns for specialist vacancies.
• Develop and review job descriptions, person specifications, and candidate assessment methods.
• Design and implement innovative attraction strategies to engage hard to reach and passive candidates.
• Support recruitment activities that contribute to the continued growth of apprenticeship programmes and vocational training initiatives.
• Coordinate candidate onboarding processes to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Organise and deliver recruitment and engagement events to raise awareness of career opportunities within Further Education.
• Build effective relationships with hiring managers and provide evidence based recruitment recommendations.
• Analyse recruitment challenges and identify solutions to improve candidate attraction, engagement, and conversion rates.

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Essential

• Experience in the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Demonstrable experience developing innovative recruitment solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build positive partnerships and influence decision making.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem solving abilities.
