Systems Trainer

System Trainer - £400 per day via Umbrella - 3-month contract - Newport Hybrid - SCC Flex Contract

We are seeking a skilled System Trainer to provide ongoing support to end users onsite. Over the last 12 months, several new platforms have been implemented, and we need an expert to ensure smooth operation and user proficiency.

Your responsibilities as the System Trainer:

• Provide training and support for systems including Power BI, Power Apps, ChatGPT, CoPilot, and M365.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to different user levels.
• Create and maintain training materials, including user guides and video tutorials.
• Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions to enhance user skills and confidence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.
• Gather feedback from users to continuously improve training programs.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of systems.
• Stay updated with the latest system updates and features to provide accurate training.

As a successful System Trainer, you will have:
