Experience Requirements

The position is a Systems Developer within the development team reporting to the Development Manager. The role is responsible for the specification, development, implementation, and support of various in-house developed products from the call logging system used by internal support departments to the website which provides live reports to clients.

Responsibilities / Skills Essential

• Solid ASP.NET MVC with C#
• Solid HTML and JavaScript including the jQuery library
• Experience in working with an ORM e.g., Entity Framework
• Experience in working with Web Services
• Ability to work and contribute proactively both individually and as part of a team

Advantageous

• Source control experience, in particular TFS, including branching/Continuous build and deploy
• Experience in working with SQL Server
• Ability to understand and develop according to business requirements
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues
• Experience with Angular.js
• Web API experience
• Unit Testing experience
• TDD
• RabbitMQ
• SSO authentication
• Microservices
• Octopus deployment
