Systems Administrator

For one of our clients, an IT company based in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a Systems Engineer for a permanent position with an activity rate of 80%. MISSION DESCRIPTIONIn collaboration with internal teams, the person ensures the quality of the technical/IT service and the satisfaction of internal and external clients. Management of servers and supervision of LAN/WAN/WLAN networks and security. Level 2-3 support, with occasional intervention at level 1 and monitoring of VMware hypervisors and physical/virtual environments. Implementation of client projects independently (servers, firewall, AD, workstations, M365, Wi-Fi, security). Deployment of hosting projects.PROFILETechnical skills in:Windows Server (latest versions), AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, RDS, IIS, Exchange. Microsoft 365 / Azure environment (SharePoint, Entra ID, VMware ESXi). Linux (Debian, Ubuntu). Network protocols: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, HSRP, MPLS. VPN (PPTP, SSL, IPsec), proxy. Firewalls (Fortinet, Sophos - VPN, filtering, high availability). Veeam Backup & recovery. Minimum 5 years of professional experience. Experience in a service company is appreciated.
